Yoshingari has tried to ensure the accessibility of most areas to visitors with disabilities.
FEES
Admission is free for holders of the official Japanese handicap certification booklet, on production of the booklet.
Up to one attendant is free.
PARKING FEES
Parking is free if either the driver or passenger holds an official Japanese handicap certification booklet, on production of the booklet. For large vehicles: Parking is free for groups up to 10 visitors where at least one member holds an official Japanese handicap certification booklet, and groups of over 10 visitors where at least two members hold an official Japanese handicap certification booklet, on production of the booklet(s).

Handicapped Accessible Parking
Parking is located near the Park Entrance areas.
Accessible Ramps
Wheelchair accessible ramps are located alongside all steps.
Accessible Restrooms
Restrooms are equipped with handrails, sinks, baby beds, and emergency buzzers. "Ostomate" toilets are located in the Historical Park Center and Matsuri no Hiroba.
Electric mini-bus
On-site transportation is available for visitors needing assistance to travel the Park. This electric mini-bus is equipped with low steps for easy access. The bus departs every 30 minutes from the Moat- Encircled Village Entrance and the NAKANOMURA Entrance.
Visually Impaired Guide Blocks
Blocks lead from the Park taxi stand to the Park entrance for the convenience of visually impaired visitors.
Braille Pamphlets
Japanese Braille pamphlets are available for visually impaired visitors.
Braille Handrail Plates
Park handrails are equipped with Braille plates.
